Discover What Policies Keep Our Company Driven to Succeed

  • Required Reading

Please note that Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing: Basic Principles, Protocols and Procedures, Third Edition by Francine Shapiro is required reading for this course. It would benefit students the most to have read chapters 1-8 for part 1 and 9-12 for part 2. Reading this material before class will help you understand the concepts better as well as making them easier to apply.

  • Disability Accommodation

ADA accommodations will be made in accordance with the law; please indicate your special needs when you register by sending an email to support@ce-go.com or by calling us at (888) 498-5578

All courses offered for in-person presentation will be held in facilities that are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If the participant needs special considerations beyond what the (ADA) requires, then those considerations should be presented to Mr. White in writing at billwhiteks@gmail.com 30 days before the date of the course in consideration. Efforts to accommodate these special considerations will be reviewed, and if possible, will be addressed to the participant's satisfaction.

  • Technology

    1. This virtual event will be hosted via Zoom Meeting, and you may be prompted to download or upgrade your Zoom app if using a mobile device. A strong WIFI connection will be required for best quality.
    2. We recommend clicking your "Join Webinar" button early and checking that your speakers are on, and camera and microphone are working, before the event begins.
    3. Please respect that no copying, recording, or distribution of live session content is allowed. CEs are provided for the "live" sessions only. CEs will not be available for the recordings.
  • Cancellation

All cancellations must be received in writing at billwhiteks@gmail.com. Refunds for cancellations are stated above in the refund policies.

  • Refund

Any cancellations received in writing at billwhiteks@gmail.com more than one month before the course date the participant has registered for, will receive a full refund minus a $40.00 processing fee. Any cancellations received in writing at billwhiteks@gmail.com within a month to one week before the course the participant has registered for, will receive a 50% refund. Lastly, any cancellation received in writing at billwhiteks@gmail.com within seven days or less will not receive a refund. If a participant wishes to transfer their registration to the same class offered at a later date they may do so if they submit this request in writing at billwhiteks@gmail.com up to 3 days before the date of the course they have originally registered to take. In the request to transfer the registration the participant must state the course and the date of the course they are currently registered in and the date of the course to which they wish to transfer their registration.

  • Other Grievances

In the event there is a grievance, the matter should be brought to the attention of Bill White, LCSW. Mr. White is responsible for the content and presentation of all courses taught through EMDR Instruction as well as the conduct of his staff. The nature of the grievance should be sent to Mr. White in writing at billwhiteks@gmail.com. The request for resolution of the grievance will be answered within five (5) business days. Every effort, within reason, will be made to resolve the matter to the satisfaction of all involved. This will certainly be expected by all our faculty members and is also expected of participants towards each other and towards the faculty as well. We strive to provide the highest quality in continuing education for mental health professionals to enable them to grow professionally and personally. Please let any faculty member know immediately if you have experienced anything in the way of disrespect from anyone involved with the course you participated in and also present this to Mr. White at the email address above.
